E-Z Pie Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. cold water
    1 egg and 1 Tbsp. vinegar, mixed
Preparation
    Blend shortening into flour until pea size.
    Mix the egg and vinegar well.
    Add cold water and blend into flour mixture.
    Knead on a floured surface.
    Makes 6 pies; 3 double crust pies.
