Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    Kraft oil
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can Dole pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of oil; season.
    Stir in combined barbecue sauce, pineapple syrup, vinegar and cornstarch.
    Cover; simmer for 35 minutes.
    Add pineapple and green pepper; simmer 10 minutes longer.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 6.
