Chicken Tarragon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boned chicken breasts (halves)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. tarragon
sour cream to taste
Preparation

Saute chicken on both sides in olive oil, butter and garlic. Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth (set aside remaining for later).
Let simmer until almost all liquid is evaporated.
Add white wine.
Let simmer until almost all liquid evaporates.
Add tarragon.
Turn chicken and bake.
Add last 1/4 cup chicken broth, cover and let cook on low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
