Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 to 5 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of hot sauce
    nutmeg (optional)
    Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage over medium heat.
    Stir occasionally.
    Drain well.
    Spread bread cubes into large buttered casserole dish.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Mix well and pour over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6 to 8.
