Broiled Chicken Breasts(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried basil
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in a bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Marinate at least 2 hours.
    Place breasts on broiler pan and broil close to heat for 5 minutes on each side. Yield:
    8 servings.
