Caramel Layer Chocolate Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    14 oz. Kraft caramels
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Stir cake mix, butter, nuts and evaporated milk.
    Press 1/2 of dough into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Sprinkle on chocolate chips.
    Pour caramel mixture over chips.
    Crumble rest of dough over top.
    Bake 20 minutes more.
    Cool in fridge for 30 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
