Strawberry And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. fresh spinach
    1 lb. fresh strawberries
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Rinse, drain and remove stems from spinach; tear into bite-size pieces.
    Hull and slice strawberries.
    Place spinach in bowl.
    Top with sliced strawberries.
    Place sugar in medium bowl. Add lemon juice; whisk until sugar dissolved.
    Add yolk, whisking until dissolved completely.
    Whisk 6 tablespoons (one at a time) into mixture.
    Can be refrigerated until ready to use.
    Rewhisk and pour over spinach/strawberries.
    Gently mix.
    Serve and enjoy.
