Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 c. diced cooked chicken
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. bouillon broth
1 c. skim milk
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
-
Saute the mushrooms and the butter with lemon juice. Toss them with the cooked spaghetti and chicken and place them in a 9 x 13 casserole. Set aside.
