Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo
2 c. cooked yolk-free dumplings
2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken; put in bottom of casserole.
Melt oleo and combine with crackers.
Mix together other ingredients and put over the chicken.
Top with the oleo and cracker mix. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
