Ida'S Sphyngie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs and water until creamy.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Add slowly to egg mixture.
    In skillet, heat 2 cups oil until hot.
    Drop batter mixture by spoonful into oil until brown.
    Roll in sugar.
