Hawaiian Beef With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 tomatoes, skinned and quartered
    shoyu soy sauce (as desired)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Pound meat and cut into thin strips, 2 to 3-inches long. Brown meat in oil.
    Add onion, celery and pepper; cook for 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, shoyu, sugar, garlic salt and flour and cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice or cooked thin egg noodles.
    Add enough soy sauce to rice or noodles to color them. Green onion slices or shallots may also be added, to taste.
