Hong Kong Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 clove crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. sugar (white)
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix together;
    put
    in
    bowl with chicken.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight (24 hours).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour, covered, then
    15
    minutes
    or
    so, uncovered.
    Watch and turn often.
    For 6 or 8 breasts I double recipe.
