Ingredients

8 or 10 graham cracker tart shells
2 (8 oz.) containers plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. container whipped topping
2 c. fresh sliced strawberries
Preparation

Combine yogurt and sugar.
Fold in whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
Fill tart shells with mixture and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer 30 minutes prior to serving and garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint.
