Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions until tender and drain.
    Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.
    Beat well.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
