Orange Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose baking mix
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. raisins, soaked in hot water (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix.
    Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut with 2 inch cutter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 7 biscuits.
