Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 lb. margarine
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. vinegar
12 medium cooking apples
cinnamon to taste
1/2 c. water
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
2 double graham crackers, crushed
milk
additional sugar
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, cut margarine into flour as for pie dough.
Make a well in center and add egg yolks, water and vinegar; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
Pare and slice apples.
Divide chilled dough into 3 equal parts.
On a lightly floured board, roll each out to a rectangle the thickness of pie crust.
Spread apple slices over 2/3 of each rectangle.
Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs.
Roll up like a jelly roll with no apple slices inside the last turn.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with additional sugar.
