Ritz Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix all together. Roll out like biscuits and cut.
    Dip in melted butter and fold in half.
    Brush butter on top.
    Let rise 45 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
