Minie Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chopped meat
    2 chopped green peppers
    1 chopped onion
    2 diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning for salads, poultry and meats
    1 tsp. saraga or 1/2 lb. sausage (beef)
    2 eggs
    3 slices wheat bread, broken up
Preparation
    Chop
    onions
    and
    green peppers in mixing bowl with the chopped meat and wheat bread, add eggs, saraga or beef sausage, mix in
    Old
    Bay
    seasoning
    to finish the minie loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 10.
