Applesauce Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. All Bran
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1 egg
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    Applesauce Glaze
Preparation
    Mix bran, applesauce, egg, margarine and brown sugar; let stand 5 minutes.
    In large bowl, blend flour, baking powder and cinnamon; stir in bran mixture just until blended.
    (Batter will be lumpy.)
    Stir in raisins.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until done.
    Cool slightly and drizzle with applesauce glaze; serve warm.
