Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. rice, cooked
    2 c. tomatoes, cooked
Preparation
    Brown pork chops which have been sprinkled with salt and pepper.
    Place in baking dish and put 1 tablespoon rice on each chop.
    Pour the cooked tomatoes over the chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When ready to serve, lift chops carefully with rice and baked tomatoes intact.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
