Nacho Sauce Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 large onion, minced
    3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 small can El Paso green chilies
Preparation
    In crockpot, on high, brown sausage and onion.
    Turn heat to low and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir mix as it melts.
    Dip with nachos or other munchies.
    Yield: 5 pounds sauce.
