Peppered Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 beef tenderloin (3 lb.)
Preparation
    Combine seasonings and rub over entire tenderloin. Wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight for more intense flavor. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 until meat is cooked as desired. Allow approximately 45 - 50 minutes for rare or until a meat thermometer reads 140\u00b0, 55 - 60 minutes for medium-rare (150\u00b0), 62 - 65 minutes for medium (160\u00b0), and 67 - 70 minutes for well-done (170\u00b0). Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
