Meatballs Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple chunks
3 slices of bread
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 tsp. onion salt
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Let chunks dry; soak bread in juice and squeeze out.
Mix bread, meat, eggs and onion salt. Shape in balls that enclose the pineapple chunks.
Brown slowly in butter and oil, shaking pan to keep balls round.
Drain fat and blend juice with remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture over meatballs and cook for 10 minutes or until sauce boils or thickens.
Serve in chafing dish.
