Pork Tenderloin Medallions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 to 1/3 c. wine (your favorite cooking wine)
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Slice tenderloin in 1/2-inch medallions.
Salt and pepper to taste and dust with flour, pressing each medallion with fingertips to flatten slightly; let rest.
