Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter, optional
Preparation
    Mix
    flour, salt, sugar and cocoa.
    Beat egg yolks well and add the milk, beating until well mixed.
    Then add gradually
    to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Cook until thickened (easier if\tdouble\tboiler is used).
    Be sure to cook several minutes after
    the\tmixture
    thickens,
    stirring
    constantly. Remove
    from fire,
    add vanilla and butter.
    Beat well.
    Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue or whipped cream.
