Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 drops butter flavoring
dash of nutmeg
2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice, thawed
dash of cinnamon
4 slices whole wheat bread
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl; beat well. Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
Dip bread, one slice at a time, into the mix, coating well.
Cook on medium heat 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
