Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (we use hot-n-spicy)
Preparation
    In a double boiler melt Velveeta.
    Fry sausage, breaking it up like crumbs.
    Drain well!
    Use paper towels to squeeze out all grease.
    Once Velveeta is melted, add sausage and Ro-Tel.
    Let simmer about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with restaurant style tortilla chips.
