President Nixon'S Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 slices bacon
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine beef and pork in large bowl or have butcher grind them together.
Add onion, salt and pepper and enough tomato sauce to moisten meat.
Form into a loaf.
Place in baking dish.
Decorate with bacon and pour remaining tomato sauce over top.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours until well done.
Serves 6 to 8.
