Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup onion
    2 cups celery
    2 cups whole tomatoes and juice
    1 1/2 cup carrots
    3/4 cup green pepper
    1 can drained yellow beans
    1 can drained green beans
    4 tbsp. butter
    3 tbsp. minute tapioca
    1/4 cup or to taste brown sugar
Preparation
    In a casserole dish mix the above and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
