New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) cream cheese pkg. (at room temperature)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 tsp. flour
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    nutmeg or cinnamon
Preparation
    In bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each.
    Add flour, vanilla and sour cream.
    Beat; sprinkle in cinnamon or nutmeg.
    Butter and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Leave in oven with door open 1 hour or until cooled.
    Refrigerate.
