Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, cut up
3 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium potatoes, cubed
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 c. frozen green beans
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients, except the green beans.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add green beans and continue simmering 15 minutes more.
Makes 6 servings.
