Cheese Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack, shredded
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. hot salsa
1/2 c. fresh corn (optional)
2 c. cornmeal mix (self-rising)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cornmeal and oil.
Stir well.
Add cornmeal mix until just blended; set aside.
