Creamy Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 medium onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 ribs celery with leaves, sliced
4 medium zucchini (2 lb.), thinly sliced
3 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

My dad packing the saddle bags for the trip to the mountains. They had to be balanced so we could lift them, judging weight, adjusting and readjusting until the loads were equal.
