Schlishkas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    4 1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. bread crumbs*
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes.
    Add eggs when potatoes cool, then add flour.
    Place dough on a floured board.
    Roll it out to 1/2 to 1-inch diameter.
    Cut into 1-inch piece.
    Put into boiling water for 10 minutes.
