Divinity Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. water
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Pour slowly over beaten egg whites.
    Beat until it is cool.
    Add pecans and flavoring while beating.
