Miss Peacock'S Applesauce Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 medium minced green pepper
2 oz. minced onion
1/2 c. water
1 packet chicken broth
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. applesauce
2 slices wheat bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme and salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine celery, green pepper, onion, water and broth mixture. Cook until celery is tender.
Pour in mixing bowl.
Add remaining stuff and mix well by hand or spoon.
Divide evenly into loaves and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
