Cold Avocado Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
salt and white pepper to taste
sour cream and snipped chives (for garnish)
Preparation

Place the avocado, cream, milk, chicken broth, lime juice and salt and pepper in a blender or the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
