Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. Comet rice
    salt
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add salt and rice.
    Cook approximately 20 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
    Add margarine.
    With mixer, combine sugar, eggs, milk and flavoring.
    Add to rice and butter. Pour into baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
