Chicken Spaghetti(Servings: 1) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
2 stalks celery, sauteed
1 whole onion, sauteed
1 can pimiento
2 boxes spaghetti
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans tomato soup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook chicken in pan of salted water with a piece of onion and celery until cooked.
Take meat from bones and save liquid (strained).
Saute celery and onion in small amount of margarine until clear.
Add pimiento to this.
Cook spaghetti (broken) in chicken broth for 10 minutes.
Add chicken, onion mixture and remaining ingredients, saving a little cheese for sprinkling on top at serving time.
