Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium size zucchini
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    corn flakes
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch or slightly thicker rounds. Beat the egg and milk. Crush corn flakes. Add dash of salt and pepper. Dip zucchini rounds into egg and milk mixture, then into corn flakes. Place on a cookie sheet (spray cookie sheet with cooking spray). Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. \"Delicious.\"
