Pork Cutlets With Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork cutlets
    flour
    1 egg, beaten with 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    6 slices Mozzarella
Preparation
    Coat cutlets with flour and dip in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
    Heat butter in skillet and brown cutlets on both sides.
    Remove to a casserole dish.
    Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in a skillet for about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and oregano.
    Pour sauce over cutlets, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover, top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
