Grilled Portabella Melts With Basil And Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. portabella mushroom caps
    Italian bread, sliced 1-inch thick
    Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    tomato, sliced
    chopped fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    In medium nonmetal bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Add mushrooms; toss to coat well. Cover; marinate 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
