Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
4 to 5 apples
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. orange juice
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix cinnamon, sugar and apples and put aside.
Mix remaining ingredients well in large bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Pour 1/2 batter into well-greased tube pan.
Arrange 1/2 apple mixture, then pour rest of batter on top.
Arrange remaining apple mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
