Sour Cream Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    2 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sour cream, then add flour.
    Mix well.
    Add cubed bread.
    Drop in boiling water by teaspoonfuls and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Drain and serve with butter.
