Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon, boned and skinned
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
Preparation
    Mix; chill in refrigerator until firm.
    Shape into a ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans and parsley flakes.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
