Pork And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    pork tenderloin
    2 cans chicken gumbo soup (undiluted)
    water
Preparation
    Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Put in the rice and layer with green pepper and onion.
    Top with pork tenderloin.
    Mix the 2 cans of soup with a little water and pour over top of the casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
