Bean And Beef Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast (any cut)
    1 small can green chilies
    2 (No. 303) cans refried beans
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    onions, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Boil roast until tender.
    Cool.
    Shred meat into large skillet.
    Add chilies, beans, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Heat over medium heat until mixture bubbles, stirring frequently.
    Warm tortillas in large flat skillet.
    Fill with 1 to 2 tablespoons meat filling.
    Sprinkle with cheese, onion and hot sauce.
    Fold one end of tortilla up towards middle, then fold alternating sides over this.
    Serve with Spanish rice and nachos.
