Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. pimento
    finely chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Have Cheddar cheese and cream cheese at room temperature.
    Mix together well.
    Add other ingredients.
    Refrigerate mixture overnight or several hours.
    Form into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll in pecans.
    Should be stored in covered containers and refrigerated.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
