Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. tenderloin
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/4 c. honey
    1 c. sesame seed
    2 pieces ginger root, minced
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger and marinate tenderloin in it for at least 1 hour.
    Dry tenderloin and cover with honey. Roll in sesame seed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Serves 3.
