Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    5 oz. macaroni
    salt to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in shortening.
    Add onion, tomato sauce, catsup, steak sauce, pepper and parsley.
    Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook macaroni.
    Combine in a baking dish.
    Gently spoon mushroom soup into mixture, lightly lifting from bottom.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
